2026 Annual Meeting of Unitholders

Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund is using the notice-and-access model for delivery of its meeting materials to unitholders for its annual meeting.

Under notice-and-access, instead of receiving a printed copy of the Management Information Circular, unitholders receive a notice with information on how they may access the materials electronically, as well as how to request a paper copy.
